This voucher is valid for 6 months after purchase.

1. Gift vouchers cannot be extended are non-refundable & non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any offers.
2. All gift vouchers must be used in full. No change or voucher for unused differences can be issued.
3. Where purchased online, the purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher number is not disclosed to others. Each voucher will be valid for a single redemption only.
4. All bookings are subject to availability and change.
5. Gift Vouchers are valid from the date of purchase until the expiry date.

7. On arrival, please present the gift voucher for validation. We reserve the right to refuse payment by gift voucher if a reservation has not been made or the voucher is not presented.
8. Any reservation made using this voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy. Vouchers will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no show.
9. Gift vouchers can also be used with our delivery branches (IN STORE ORDERS ONLY).
10. Your data is stored by us for the creation & distribution of our gift vouchers. Personal Information captured includes:
Purchasers/Recipients Name (s), email, Phone Number, Postal Address. No payment information is stored or processed by us, we use a Trusted 3rd party payment processor. I agree to Vittoria Group storing the voucher information supplied for the purposes of voucher creation & delivery.
11. Black Friday vouchers can only be redeemed from the 5th January until and not after the 29th February 2024. In case the voucher expires, the Vittoria Group will not be able to re-activate or offer extensions date.

A handling fee of £2 is applied to vouchers sent by email or text. Vouchers are sent to you with a secure QR Code, which is registered with us to help prevent fraud.
